We do not accept returns, exchanges, or other refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Accidental purchases
Please review all product descriptions, size charts, and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, please include :
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
