Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Adress

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Reklaimed is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
